Located in Ibadan, Taghini Foods Limited is a conventional poultry processing business. They provide wholesalers, caterers, and further processors with fresh and frozen poultry products, including those fit for Halal clients.

Responsibilities
- In order to call on possible sales outlets and other trade elements, plan and organize your daily work routine. This will help you service your current customers, get orders, and develop new ones.
- Always consider the type of sales or trade aspect while adjusting the sales presentation.
- By examining the current and prospective dealer volume, concentrate your sales efforts.
- Orders should be submitted to the assigned desk using the available inventory, the product’s prevailing pricing, and the credit history of the consumer.
- Reports on activity and outcomes, such as daily call logs, weekly accounts reports, weekly work schedules, monthly revenue by sales reports, monthly collection reports, monthly sales pipeline reports, and monthly territory analyses, should be sent to management to keep them updated.
- Obtain up-to-date market data on pricing, new product introductions, delivery timetables, and merchandising strategies to keep an eye on the competition.

- Evaluate outcomes and developments in the competition to make recommendations for improvements to policies, services, and products.
- Respond to consumer complaints by looking at issues, coming up with fixes, compiling reports, and suggesting fixes to management.
- Retain the necessary and pertinent technical knowledge through corporate trainings, personal networks, educational workshops, and other means in order to maximize sales.
- By keeping data on general sales, territory, client sales, and subordinates, you can provide historical records.
- Contribute to the objectives of the company by achieving relevant outcomes as needed from time to time.
- Perform any additional responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time in order to help Management achieve the strategic goals.
Requirements and Skills
- B.Sc. in marketing or a similar discipline.
- Expert sales certifications, such as CISP or CPSP
- Six years or more of sales experience required.
- Excellent knowledge of cold cut sales and marketing.
- Strong financial and analytical abilities.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or the Microsoft Office Suite as productivity and collaboration tools
- Outstanding interpersonal, educational, and communication abilities.
- The capacity to protect confidentiality and handle sensitive data with care.
