2. Technical Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Gives clients, channels, and sales engineers technical advice and insights on inquiry specifications for B&R systems, products, and applications. Provides technical support during product presentations, technical meetings, and negotiations.

- Update the engineering and sales teams on the target status.
- The engineering and sales staff receive regular updates and training on both new and current services.
- Offer all services to important current clients and new targets.
- Keep an eye on quality tickets for important accounts and update the sales team and clients on the status of repairs.
- Provide quotes for retrofits and replacement parts to internal accounts as well as end users.
