Requirements of the Job

To earn the job you are expected to meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Django and Django Rest Framework for backend development.
Expertise in frontend development using HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Experience in conducting technical feasibility studies and contributing to the creation of recommendation documents is a plus.
At least 3 years of professional experience working with Django and Python.
Proven track record of developing and deploying high-quality web applications in production, not just portfolio projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.
