Responsibilities

  • Installations of new equipment for clients.
  • Maintaining and servicing existing equipment installed at car park sites.
  • Maintaining and servicing access controls installed on clients’ sites.
  • Researching and self-learning on new technologies.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve any system issues onsite and offsite.

Requirements

  • OND/HND in Electronics & Electrical Engineering; Mechatronics Engineering; Computer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven work experience as a technical support engineer or installation manager.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware, networking, and software issues, answering inquiries, and documenting results.
  • Providing simple and effective solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, networking, and software issues.
  • Prioritizing and managing the workflow to resolution.
  • Proven customer service experience as a technical support engineer.

  • Execution of both planned and reactive maintenance and repair services for workshop machines.

Main Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities as an electrical maintenance technician 1 will be to:

  • Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air conditioning and motor maintenance
