Responsibilities
- Installations of new equipment for clients.
- Maintaining and servicing existing equipment installed at car park sites.
- Maintaining and servicing access controls installed on clients’ sites.
- Researching and self-learning on new technologies.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve any system issues onsite and offsite.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation/updating resolved and unresolved issues via communicating platforms provided.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Filing and documentation of signed job completion forms by clients with the office/admin personnel in charge.
- Resolving network issues, and configuring operating systems using remote connections to provide immediate support to clients after getting approval from management.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to management and clients.
- Prioritize and manage tasks at one time.
- Document all technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals for future purposes.
- Reporting all outstanding jobs left daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Documenting installations, maintaining and servicing processes.
Requirements
- OND/HND in Electronics & Electrical Engineering; Mechatronics Engineering; Computer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven work experience as a technical support engineer or installation manager.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware, networking, and software issues, answering inquiries, and documenting results.
- Providing simple and effective solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, networking, and software issues.
- Prioritizing and managing the workflow to resolution.
- Proven customer service experience as a technical support engineer.

Location – Uyo, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Execution of both planned and reactive maintenance and repair services for workshop machines.
- Provision of periodic inspection services for all workshop machines.

- Provide necessary assistance to the Maintenance Engineer for on-the-job training functions for the client’s personnel on the operation and maintenance of workshop machines.
- Review of available maintenance and condition monitoring history data after client’s notification.
Requirements of the Job
- A Bsc degree in engineering with mechanical specialty with at least three years cognitive and vocational experience in handling machine and machine parts
- Must exhibit outstanding ability to learn and comprehend the fundamentals of the functioning of machines.

3. Electrical Maintenance Technician I – Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited
Location – 1345-Inim Platform, Abuja, Nigeria
Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as an electrical maintenance technician 1 will be to:
- Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air conditioning and motor maintenance
- Plan and execute scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize impact on production, and maximize operational availability.
- Typically and directly report to a supervisor.

- Verify and issue electrical work permit to contractors for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance
- Supervise contractors to work safely. Immediately intervene on unsafe acts
- Provide daily progress update to FLS and planner
- Get FLS’s approval prior to proceeding any changes
- Participate for Job Safety Analysis (JSA) review with contractors
- Start work as scheduled. Resolve issue and immediately notify First Line Supervisor (FLS) if issues remain unresolved
- Closely monitor contractors’ quality to follow Maintenance Procedure & Practice (MPP) and prevent rework
- Verify and accept job done by contractors
Requirements of the Job
The job requires:
- Previous experience in a closely related position, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Discipline-appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience
- Effective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps
- Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others
