1. You must have applied for and fulfilled the prerequisites for a Master’s or Doctorate by research degree to start in the year of award to be eligible for this grant.
2. Plan on conducting graduate-level human rights research.
3. Have not previously finished a research qualification that is equivalent to or more advanced than the course for which a scholarship is being applied.
4. Not previously been awarded a scholarship for graduate research.
