The NAE Postgraduate Scholarship (2024)
Graduate students who meet the requirements can now apply for scholarships offered by the Nigerian Agip Exploration. For a chosen one-year term of study, the NAE postgraduate scholarship covers living expenses, books, field excursions, tuition, and a return economy ticket.
The NAE Postgraduate Scholarship
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) Limited is dedicated to the training and development of labor on behalf of the NNPC/NAE PSC.
In light of this, NAE is now accepting applications for the 2024–2025 Postgraduate Scholarship Award Scheme from interested and appropriately qualified Nigerian graduates.
There are two categories for the award:
1. Overseas – To pursue education at a respectable foreign university
2. Local: To study at an accredited university in Nigeria

Requirements for NAE Postgraduate Scholarship
For applicants to be eligible for the 2024–2025 NAE Post Graduate Scholarship Award program, they MUST:
1. At least a Second-Class Upper Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Nigerian university is required.
2. Have been accepted into a one-year Master’s degree program in any of the following fields at a Nigerian or international university (depending on the category being applied for).
3. Not older than 28 years old on December 31, 2024.
4. Have finished the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program, which lasted one year.
5. Hold an international passport (applicable to the abroad category) that is valid for travel for at least a year starting in September 2024.
Selection Process
Please note:
1. Only those who have been shortlisted for the aptitude test will be contacted.
2. Details about the qualifying test will be sent to the shortlisted candidates through email and SMS (please make sure your phone number and email are active).
3. This scholarship is not available to employees of NAE or its affiliate firms, nor is it available to their dependents.
4. Eligibility excludes recipients of comparable awards from NAE, other affiliated businesses, and agencies in the past and present.
5. To prevent mistakes and disqualification, please ensure you thoroughly understand the instructions before beginning this application.
6. Adherence to the aforementioned standards must be strictly followed.
Application Documents
When beginning the application procedure, candidates should have the following documents, all of which should be scanned:
1. A passport photo with a white background no older than six months (450 x 450 pixels).
2. Letter of provisional admission for postgraduate studies at any respected university, domestic or foreign, for the 2024–2025 session. This acceptance letter needs to be for the course that the applicant specified on their application.
3. Certificate of First Degree
4. NYSC Certificate of Discharge
5. Authentic identification card (passport, voter’s card, national identity card)
6. Valid International Passport Data Page only for Overseas Travel (valid for travel beginning in September 2024 and valid for at least a year)
7. Birth Certificate from Local Government Documentation of NAE Compliance
NOTE:
1. Applications submitted via this website portal only will be taken into account.
2. The official website for the 2024–2025 NAE Postgraduate Scholarship Award Program is called SCHOLASTICA.
3. All interested students are encouraged to submit comprehensive and correct data.
4. Candidates who make it through the application stage will take a computer-based test, which will be given out via a remote online proctoring test system on June 8, 2024.
5. Applications sent by email are not accepted.
