STEM Aspire program pairs female mentors from Dell Technologies with second-year college students.

Its goal is to empower and inspire motivated individuals pursuing STEM degrees to pursue fulfilling professions in the technology industry.

BIS, Networking, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT Management, and related professions are examples of potential domains.

Benefits of the Stem Aspire Mentorship Program

1. Possibility of working with a mentor and having regular one-on-one sessions to deepen your knowledge of the IT sector and learn more about the role and career of your mentor.

4. Getting ready for graduate and internship applications (CV and interview preparation, setting up a LinkedIn profile, etc.).

Eligibility Requirements for the STEM Aspire Mentorship Program

You need to be enrolled in a STEM course to be eligible for the STEM Aspire Mentorship Program.

  • You should be in your second year of college.
  • Be a woman.

Selection Process

No later than October 11th, after submitting your application, you will receive an additional email with more information about the following phases and the mentorship program’s structure.

If you are accepted into the program, you will be required to meet with your mentor frequently (i.e., at least once a month for the duration of the program, either in person or electronically).

What is Expected of You?

At least one monthly meeting (either in person or remotely, as agreed upon by the mentee and mentor pair)

involvement in program-run activities, such as those held on-site at our Dell offices (three to four events per year)

Upload your resume and fill in the following fields:

  • Which branch of technology most interests you?
  • Why you would like to participate in a Dell Technologies mentorship program.

Those who are accepted will be sent a link to finish a brief video interview, in which they will be asked to identify themselves, their interests, their college course, etc.
