MTN mPulse Spelling Bee Competition 2024
Applications for the MTN mPulse Spelling Bee Competition are now being accepted. For pupils who use the mPulse pricing plan and are between the ages of 9 and 15, MTN Nigeria hosts the MTN mPulse Spelling Bee.
MTN mPulse Spelling Bee Competition
The MTN mPulse Spelling Bee Competition is available to primary and secondary school students in Nigeria. Many fascinating rewards will be awarded to the winners along with their schools and mentors/teachers.
The tournament intends to help Nigerian students improve their spelling and English language skills while also offering them the opportunity to win over ₦24 million in cash and other thrilling prizes.
Competition Details
There are three rounds to the competition:
- First round on mpulse.mtn.ng will consist of ten spelling questions.
- Twenty spelling questions in the second round will only be available to students who made the short list in the first round on mpulse.mtn.ng.
- The grand finale will be broadcast live on mpulse.mtn.ng and staged on location in Lagos.

Prizes
1st Prize
- Student: One laptop, one smartphone, a mPulse goody bag, and a scholarship stipend of five million Naira.
- ICT Lab at School: 10 Laptops, 10 MTN Hynetflex.
- Teacher: ₦500,000 in cash.
2nd Prize
- Student: mPulse goody bag, laptop, smartphone, and scholarship grant worth 2.5 million Naira.
- Teacher: ₦300,000 in cash.
3rd Prize
- Student: One laptop, one smartphone, a mPulse goody bag, and a scholarship stipend of 1.5 million Naira.
- Teacher: ₦200,000 in cash.
4th-10th Finalists
- mPulse goodie package and ₦500,000 cash award each
11th-20th Finalists
- A cash prize of ₦200,000 and a mPulse goodie bag.
Participation Procedure
- Only Nigerian kids enrolled in primary and secondary schools between the ages of 9 and 15 are eligible to compete.
- This game is not for parental participation.
- To take part, you must register as a student.
- Make as many attempts as you can at the Practice test quiz.
- Select “Play Annually” to take part in the contest.
- Only those in the top 20 must have an MTN mPulse tariff package.
